A FOUR-COURSE, COCKTAIL PAIRED DINNER
Thursday, November 5th, 6:00pm
Orchard and J. Henry & Sons invite you to a special four‑course partner dinner featuring craft cocktail pairings that showcase both bourbon and cider. Beginning at 6pm, the evening opens with a Challah Bread Board and Smoked Butter, followed by a Lamb Bacon Bite paired with a Calvados Barrel Old Fashioned. The main course highlights a 5oz Prime Tenderloin with Smoked Celeriac, Oyster Mushrooms, Bone Marrow, and La Flamme Bourbon Jus, matched with the richly layered Black Metropolitan. Dessert closes the experience with a playful Chocolate Snap Krackle & Pop alongside a pour of J. Henry Bourbon. Join us for a vibrant, flavor‑driven night celebrating Orchard’s culinary creativity and J. Henry’s Wisconsin‑crafted spirits.

Members enjoy exclusive releases, early access to new ciders, and reward points for purchases at the restaurant - benefits available only to Cider Club members. It’s the most enjoyable way to stay connected to The Cider Farm all year long.

Community Table Program
At Orchard, we’re committed to supporting the not-for-profit organizations that make our community stronger. On Wednesdays, not-for-profit groups can sign up to be our Community Table recipient, where a percentage of that day’s proceeds are donated back to your 501c3 organization. We’ll promote your day on our social channels, share ready-to-use post templates, and encourage you to spread the word too. Each group may participate up to twice per year.
