J. Henry & Orchard Four-Course Dinner
Orchard and J. Henry & Sons invite you to a special four‑course partner dinner featuring craft cocktail pairings that highlight both bourbon and cider. Beginning at 6pm, the evening opens with a challah Bread Board and smoked butter, followed by a Lamb Bacon Bite paired with a Calvados Barrel Old Fashioned. The main course showcases a 5oz prime tenderloin with smoked celeriac, oyster mushrooms, bone marrow, and La Flamme bourbon jus, matched with the Black Metropolitan. Dessert brings a playful Chocolate Snap Krackle & Pop alongside a pour of J. Henry Bourbon. Tickets are $85 per person — an intimate, flavor‑driven night celebrating Orchard’s culinary craft and J. Henry’s Wisconsin‑made spirits.
Guided Tastings - Every Saturday
Guided Tastings are now happening at Orchard every Saturday from 1–4 pm, and they’re a fun, easy way to try four different ciders for just $10. If you find a few favorites and take home four bottles, we’ll waive the tasting fee. It’s a relaxed drop‑in experience, perfect for a casual afternoon. If you’re planning to come with a group of six or more, just give us a call so we can make sure you’re all set.
